One of Denver’s original neighborhoods, founded in 1858, The Highlands comprises five diverse, historic, and eclectic neighborhoods. These include Berkeley Lake, Potter Highlands, Sloan's Lake, Sunnyside, and West Highlands. The area extends from Colfax Avenue to 46th Avenue, from Sheridan Boulevard to I25.

Within the last decade, the area has experienced a Renaissance complete with renovation of historic homes, and construction of new homes and condos in modern architectural styles. Highlands includes many parks, walking trails, as well as cultural, restaurant, and retail corridors at 32nd & Lowell and Tennyson Street to complete its small neighborhood feel. Downtown Denver is just minutes by car, with easy access to sports facilities, concerts, restaurants, and the galleries of LODO.
